Hi! Thank you so much for taking an interest in my jewellery pieces! All designs are original and handmade by me. Please read below for some FAQs.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order without being charged?

All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be refunded. Unfortunately, I am not able to cancel or change an order after it has already been shipped.

What if I saw a piece at your market stall and it is not listed in your online shop?

Often I take some one-off unique pieces when selling at market stalls. If you saw an item at a market that you would like to order please email me at sales.thelipstickdiaries and I will try my best to accommodate your request.

Can I customize the length or color or my piece?

Yes, I can customize pieces that show the option for a customization before adding it to your cart. 

Can you make a customised piece for me?

Yes, I can make and customise pieces completely and make them exactly the way you want it. I do reserve the right to charge a small fee for personalised pieces. Please email your request to sales.thelipstickdiaries@gmail.com

What kind of payments do you accept? 

I can accept payment through Paypal or via any major cedit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Solo and Maestro)
